Mattarport Virtual Tour

ERA helping Agents to adopt new norm of Property Virtual Tour

ERA Singapore has partnered with Matterport to include a “simple , low-cost way to catch virtual 3D property tours” for over 17,300 ERA real estate agents.

Matterport produces “digital twins” to properties to offer links to extensive, interactive, round-the-clock property viewings for potential home buyers.

ERA agents will select “to arrange a Matterport specialist to catch the property and have the 3D model in their account within 24 hours of finishing the scan” with the collaboration.

“Matterport cameras may also be bought by agents who want to record simulated tours themselves,” Matterport said in a statement.

In addition to providing agents with up-to – date knowledge, training materials and best practices in real estate marketing virtual technology, a series of Matterport webinars will also teach ERA agents how to incorporate descriptive multimedia Mattertags, post auto-generated videos and images on social media and produce highlight reels that provide home buyers with a guided tour of the social media

Bruce Wells, Matterport APAC’s Managing Director, observed that the new global scenario has demonstrated how impactful 3D capture technology can be.

“With forward-thinking real estate firms such as ERA leading the way, digital twins are increasingly becoming a real estate staple,” he added.

Jack Chua, ERA Realty Network CEO reported that several real estate agents were impaired by physical property viewing due to the lack of technological help during the initial circuit breaker time.

“The future of our agents has been tremendously safeguarded by this relationship and they have all they need to digitally market their listings today,” he added.
